Justin Wilshaw
Chief Executive Officer
I am responsible for managing the Contours brand in Australia, I do this through aligning our actions with the 2015 Strategic plan and our annual business plans. I work with my team and our Franchise community to ensure our actions are focused on our strategic plan, and appropriate resources are allocated to achieve its vision.
My experience is in Franchise systems having held positions in some of Australia's most respected franchising brands including Boost Juice, Hungry Jacks and most recently with international caterer
Delaware North in the position of General Manager. I have extensive internal and external management training in areas covering operations, strategic planning, change management, intergenerational
management, policy development and situational leadership.

Susan Kalandis
Financial Controller
I am responsible for the management and reporting of all financial, accounting and statutory obligations for Contours. I am constantly striving to improve internal accounting systems and procedures for all Contours stakeholders but most importantly our Franchise Partners.

Linda Jiang
My main role within the corporate finance team is to assist the Financial Controller with all of Contours financial activities.
I hold a masters degree in engineering, and I am also CPA qualified. I have extensive accounting experience in a variety of industries including retail, wholesale/distribution, Superannunation funds and education. This experience has allowed me to hold positions in the finance teams of high performing companies such as L'oreal, Canon Australia, Kinokuniya and Citysoftware.

Regan Kempthorne
National Marketing Manager
My team and I are responsible for overseeing the advertising and communications activity for the Contours brand across Australia. To achieve this we communicate our vision and values through a range of media channels to increase brand awareness and encourage brand activation amongst our core target market of women aged 35 - 54 years.
Prior to joining the Contours team I worked in a variety of marcomms roles in the not for profit, professional services and franchising sectors. I also hold a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Master of Arts in Communications Management.

Paul Bulatao
National Training Manager
I am responsible for developing and delivering training programs to all new and existing Franchisees in the Contours network. I conduct the corporate training, practical fitness training, help support the opening process and other training development franchise support.
My previous employment history has involved working with a number of Australia's leading registered training organisations as the Learning and Development Manager and more recently as the Education Manager with the Fitness Institute of Australia. I have extensive experience with numerous fitness centres as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
I have completed my Bachelor of Exercise Science, a Diploma in Education (PDHPE) and a Diploma of Weight Loss Practitioner. My certificate qualifications include a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, a Cert III and IV in Personal Training, Les Mills RPM instructor, Thump boxing instructor and Network indoor cycling certification.

Simone Bingham
National Operations Manager
I am responsible for developing the franchisee's businesses by leading and coaching the Franchise Development Managers and National Training Manager, ensuring they are providing operational, training, marketing expertise and support for the franchise network. My primary responsibility will be to ensure the profitability of each franchised studio and overall growth of the Contours member base.
My career at Contours commenced in 2005 in the role of Membership Sales Consultant in a company owned studio. I soon progressed to the position of National Training Manager where for two years, I was extensively involved in developing the Contours Operations Manual and training materials whilst coordinating the opening of 150 studios. Shortly after I assumed the role of Franchise Development Manager for two years where I provided field support to our network of franchisees.
My experience is largely in the fitness industry having held positions in both large scale health clubs and small fitness operations. I have completed a degree in Exercise Science and have had extensive training in management, leadership, sales, and business coaching.

Lynda Alexander
Franchise Development Manager NSW / ACT
I am responsible for developing the Franchisee's businesses by providing training, coaching, marketing expertise and support for our studios in NSW and ACT.
My career started out in the fitness industry holding positions such as, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Sales Consultant and well as the Program Manger at the Golden Door Elysia. I have extensive experience in Human Resources where I have coached and mentored business divisions for a variety of organisations including; Qantas, ACCOR hotels and Royal Sun Alliance. I have also run my own small business retire into my own small business 5 years ago when my second child was born.
I am very fortunate to hold this position within the Contours Network, mixing both my passions, the Health and Wellness industry with a business coaching focus. I hold a bachelor of Business, and Certificate III in Fitness and I am currently studying Life Coaching specialising in Wellness & Business.

My previous experience is as the National Operations and Training manager advising and mentoring franchisees within a similar network.
I have extensive knowledge in franchising, working closely with franchisee's in all areas of operational strategy and concept, staff training and ongoing development, operational compliance, & supplier relationship management.

Lauren Caruana
Corporate Support
My role in Contours is quite diverse. I support and assist our National Training Manager in delivering training to our Franchisee's both in field and in NSW Corporate, I provide support to our Franchisee's in all areas of operations and member enquiries and I assist our Corporate team on a daily basis with special tasks. Before assuming my position as Corporate Support, I worked as a Fitness Instructor and Membership Sales Consultant in a Contours Corporate owned studio, where I progressed to the role of Studio Manager, managing for just under a year.
This experience has allowed a better understanding of Contours operations which will assist in my role. I also have an extensive fitness background with my Certificate III in Fitness and I am currently completing a Bachelor in Sports Science and Certificate III in Nutrition.
I look forward to assisting Contours Franchisee's and the Corporate team.

Holly Boal
Corporate Support - Part Time
My role at Contours is working on Special Projects, that are required by the business, as part of our strategic plan.
I have assisted various departments within HQ including Business Development and Marketing. My recent project has been the Local Area Marketing Manual.
My past roles have been for the Boost Juice franchise network, where I held the role as Franchise Business Consultant, responsible for 60 outlets across NSW. This was a very diverse role covering the financial, marketing, operations and training aspects of the business.
Prior to this I have worked for Recruitment and Finance companies both in Sydney and the UK.

Rina Vongthongsri
Graphic Design
I am responsible for designing national and local marketing materials which include flyers, signage graphics, posters, corporate stationary, booklets and rich media banners. My role is also to assist the Marketing Manager with artwork quality control and liaison with media agencies and our Web Developer for web design and other graphic elements.
I hold qualifications in Bachelor of Law, Thai Barrister at Law, Diploma of Information technology, Advance Diploma of Multimedia Integration, Certificate III in Graphic Prepress and Prepress trade person accreditation. Prior to joining Contours, I worked as a lead Graphic Designer and Graphic Design & Pre-press Trainer.

Lyndal Sayer
Part Time Graphic Designer
My main role is to oversee the graphic design and layout for Balance Magazine as well as assist the Graphic Designer on a variety of projects.
I posses over 10 years Senior Graphic Design experience and have extensive publishing knowledge. I have worked on many well known fashion, lifestyle and food titles, including; Marie Claire, Vogue Entertaining and Super Food Ideas. Most recently, I held the position of Art Director on the redesign of 'Healthy Food Guide' magazine.
I have a passion for nutrition, health and wellbeing and this role allows me to be surrounded by this whilst utilizing my graphic design skills.

Peter Hammond
Peter is one of the founders of Exto Partners and has played a crucial role in financing and establishing highly successful Australian companies. Peter has established a strong network of relationships with private equity and venture capital participants in Australia as well fostered relationships with a network of high net worth investors in Australia, Europe and USA.
As a Principal of Exto Partners, Peter is responsible for assisting clients with strategic business planning, capital raising, financial and operational management, and corporate governance. Peter has been personally responsible for the financing of companies in a range of different technologies and industries.
Peter returned from seven years in New York to establish Exto Partners in 2003. While in New York, Peter was a senior manager with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) advising top-tier clients across global capital markets on risk management, customer relationship management, product pricing, business process re-engineering and large scale merger Integration.
Peter first developed his financial management skills and obtained his registration as a chartered accountant with KPMG in Sydney. Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Professional Year has a BBus. from the University of Technology Sydney. Peter is currently the Chairman of Ondek Pty Ltd and a Director of Australasia Franchising Group Pty Ltd.

Will Deane
For more than 12 years, William has advised on, and been actively involved in financing and developing early-stage companies from both the company perspective and the investor perspective. He has assisted founders and investors to exit from private companies through trade sales, management buy-outs and public offerings.
As a Principal of Exto Partners, William assists clients with capital raising, corporate structuring, business development and strategic transaction negotiation.
William is an experienced corporate lawyer, having worked in Australia with Blake Dawson Waldron's corporate group and in the United States with Sidley & Austin’s corporate group and Skadden, Arp, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP’s investment management group. He has advised leading domestic and international corporations on capital raising, stock exchange listing (NYSE, NASDAQ and ASX), mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
William has advised on the formation, operation, financing and acquisition or sale of corporations and investment management businesses of all kinds, including private companies, multi-national public corporations, private equity funds, hedge funds and other private fund sponsors. He has advised on transactions ranging In size from US$1 million to US$15 billion.
William is admitted to practice law in Victoria, Australia and New York, USA and has a L.L.B. (hons) from Bond University 1995 and a B.A (hons) from the University of Sydney 1992.

Tim Stainlay
Tim joined Exto Partners in 2005 as an Associate. Tim is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and assisting investee companies in business development andfinancial and operational management. Tim has acted as interim CEO in investee companies, restructured business operations for investee companies and established the USA operations of an investee company.
Prior to joining Exto Partners, Tim was a management consultant with Accenture Ltd in their Health and Life Sciences division. During this time Tim worked with various state health departments on projects aimed at reforming operational processes and improving efficiencies within major public hospitals in Australia. Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce (2001) and a Bachelor of Laws (2003) from the University of Queensland.
